You’ll never believe there is apple cider vinegar on these fries. The vinegar helps to bring out the flavor of the sweet potatoes, and are they ever delish! Sweet potato lovers will enjoy a zero-cholesterol, high-fiber treat with plenty of vitamin B6, manganese, and vitamin A.
2 pounds sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into fries 2 teaspoons olive oil 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar Salt to taste Mix everything together by hand in a large mixing bowl until the fries are well coated.
Place in a single layer on a cookie sheet, and bake at 350° for 30 minutes. (Thinner fries may not take as long.)
