Bacon-Wrapped Figs

5-Minute Chocolate Trifle

This is a beautiful way to enjoy seasonal figs.

6 thin slices bacon

3 ounces goat cheese

1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary

12 small ripe figs

Partially cook bacon in microwave for 2 minutes. Blot with paper towels, and cut in half. Mix goat cheese and rosemary together. Slice figs in half lengthwise. Place ˝ teaspoon goat cheese mixture between fig halves, and wrap with bacon. Secure with toothpicks. Grill, watching carefully so bacon doesn’t flame up, until bacon is crispy.
