1 frying-size chicken, quartered
1 onion, sliced
Place chicken in roasting pan with slice of onion on top of each piece.
3/4 cup ketchup
4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
3/4 cup vinegar
2 bay leaves
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
Combine ingredients for sauce, pour over chicken, and cook at 350 degrees for 2 hours. Baste frequently.
