
Bon Appétit’s Celebrated Chicken Salad
At Bon Appétit, salad days never end. So it is with all who have a youthful passion for salad. Chicken salad is an all-time favorite.
3 whole boiled chicken breasts, chopped and deboned 1 cup Hellmann’s Mayonnaise 3/4 cup celery, chopped 3/4 cup green grapes, diced 1/2 cup dried parsley or fresh parsley, chopped
Mix together and serve any way your heart desires. We suggest our chicken salad in sandwiches, in tomatoes, and in avocados, or on a lettuce-lined plate with fresh fruit and vegetables. Yields 4–6 servings.
