4 tablespoons unsalted butter 1/4 cup buffalo hot sauce 4 ears corn, husks and silk removed Salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste 1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese 2 teaspoons sliced chives
Preheat oven to 400°.
Melt butter with hot sauce in 3-quart skillet over medium heat. Cook for 1–2 minutes to combine flavors.
Add corn to skillet, and turn to coat. Season with salt and pepper. Place in oven.
