Buffalo Corn on the Cob

Buffalo Corn on the Cob

Serves:  4

4 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/4 cup buffalo hot sauce
4 ears corn, husks and silk removed
Salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese
2 teaspoons sliced chives



Preheat oven to 400°.

Melt butter with hot sauce in 3-quart skillet over medium heat.  Cook for 1–2 minutes to combine flavors. 

Add corn to skillet, and turn to coat.  Season with salt and pepper.  Place in oven.

Bake 10–12 minutes or until tender, turning halfway through cook time.  Transfer to serving platter.  Sprinkle blue cheese and chives on top.
