Cucumber Salad  

1 large cucumber   
1/2 tablespoon minced onions   
1 garlic clove, minced   
1 tablespoon chopped parsley   
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon sour cream

Take a large cucumber and peel and slice it thinly.  Put into a bowl and salt lightly.  Let stand for about 1/2 hour.  Then press the slices between your hands to press out all of the water.  Put the pressed slices into a bowl and add remaining ingredients.  Mix well.  Sprinkle with paprika and serve.
