With no fat or cholesterol, this delicious dip gives you all the nutritious benefits of Greek-style yogurt without adding to your waistline.  Serve with whole-grain crackers or veggies for a wonderfully flavorful snack or appetizer.

1/2 cup plain, nonfat Greek-style yogurt
1/4 teaspoon curry powder
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon honey
Salt to taste

Blend everything together using a whisk, and serve with whole-grain crackers or vegetables.
