Brownie Truffles
1 (19.8-ounce) package brownie mix, prepared and baked according to package directions
1 (7-ounce) can milk chocolate icing
1/4 cup sugar
Mini chocolate chips, chopped pecans, toasted and chopped almonds, or powdered cocoa
Frost brownies with icing. Cut into squares and dip bottoms in granulated sugar. Cut each brownie into fourths and roll into 1-inch balls. Roll balls in mini chocolate chips, pecans, toasted almonds, or cocoa. Will keep in refrigerator about 2 weeks, or about 2 months in the freezer. Yield: 36 truffles
