Elegant Blueberry Layer Salad 
Mold in a graham cracker or pretzel or chocolate crust for a great dessert.
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened 1 (3-ounce) package lemon Jell-O, dissolved in 11/4 cups hot water 1 (8-ounce) carton whipped topping 2 (3-ounce) packages strawberry Jell-O 1 (12-ounce) package frozen blueberries
Mix cream cheese with dissolved lemon Jell-O; fold in whipped topping. Spread in 9x9-inch dish and refrigerate till firm. Dissolve strawberry Jell-O in 21/2 cups hot water; chill till slightly thickened. Fold in frozen blueberries; pour mixture over cream cheese mixture and chill until ready to serve. Makes 9–12 squares.
Editor’s Extra: May serve with a dollop of sour cream on top.
