6 large garlic cloves, chopped
2 teaspoons olive oil
1/2 pound brown (cremini) mushrooms, sliced 6 cups fresh spinach leaves, packed
Over medium heat, sauté the garlic in the olive oil for about 1 minute or until it just barely begins to turn brown. Add the mushrooms, and cook until wilted. Stir in the spinach, and cook until wilted. immediately remove from heat, and serve.
