Greek-Style Ranch Dressing

Greek-Style Ranch Dressing

Makes 1 cup (8 servings)

1/2 cup Greek-style yogurt
1/3 cup 2% milk
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon minced shallots
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper



1. Add all ingredients to food processor fitted with S blade. Process until well blended and smooth.

2. Carefully pour into small receptacle for serving.

3. Refrigerate until ready to use. Serve at room temperature.
