Grilled Chicken Pepper Toss
1 tablespoon oil
 1 onion, cut in wedges, separated
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 (7-ounce) package cooked grilled chicken strips
Heat oil in wok or skillet; add onion and peppers; stir-fry till beginning to tender. Add chicken strips and toss well with onion and peppers; continue to stir-fry till heated thoroughly. May serve over rice or in warm tortillas, if desired. Serves 4.
