Tuck into your ice chest.
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 teaspoons horseradish
1 teaspoon Worcestershire
few drops Tabasco
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 jar dried sliced beef cut fine with scissors
Parsley flakes
Beat cream cheese in mixer. Add other ingredients. Form into a log. Roll in parsley flakes. Chill. Serves with crackers.
