Hurry-Up Meat Loaf
Hurry-Up Meat Loaf

3/4 pound ground beef
1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce, divided
1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
1 tablespoon Worcestershire

Combine ground beef, 1/2 cup tomato sauce, bread crumbs, egg, onion flakes, salt, and pepper; mix well.  Shape meat mixture into 4 individual loaves.  Place on slightly greased baking pan (11x7x11/2).  Bake at 450 for 30 minutes.  Combine remaining tomato sauce, brown sugar, parsley flakes, and Worcestershire.  Mix well, and pour over loaves; bake an additional 5 minutes.  Yields 4 servings.
