Indian Spice Milk
4 cups unsweetened rice milk 1/4 cup honey 1 scant teaspoon ground ginger 1/2 scant teaspoon ground nutmeg 1 teaspoon ground cardamom 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Whisk all ingredients in your slow cooker until well combined. Cover, and cook on LOW for 2 hours. Allow to cool, then strain out spices with a fine-meshed sieve or cheesecloth. Serve warm.
