Jimmy's Bacon-Wrapped Spuds
Large red potatoes, peeled Sliced bacon Lemon pepper seasoning
Poke potatoes a few times with a fork. Wrap a slice of bacon or two around each one and set on piece of foil. (Bacon should stick to itself, but if not, affix with toothpicks.) Sprinkle with lots of lemon pepper. Wrap up well in foil with slight opening on top. Place on middle rack of oven with a baking pan underneath. Bake for approximately 1 hour 15 minutes. Serve with butter and sour cream, or additional toppings of your choice.
