Key Lime Cake
1 (181/4-ounce) package Duncan Hines Lemon Supreme Cake Mix
1/2 cup Key lime juice
1 (3-ounce) package lime gelatin
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup water
With electric mixer, blend all ingredients together on medium speed about 2 minutes. Pour into a greased 9x13-inch baking pan, and bake at 325 degrees for 35–45 minutes till toothpick in center comes out nearly clean. After removing from oven, use an ice pick and prick through cake, top to bottom, many times. Drizzle with icing while cake is still warm. Add whipped topping, if desired. Serves 8–12.
KEY LIME ICING:
2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup Key lime juice
Mix powdered sugar and lime juice.

Editor’s Extra: This can also be baked in a greased tube or Bundt pan for 7–10 minutes longer. If Key limes are not available, do not hesitate to use regular limes. Moist and delicious.
