Kozy Shrimp Bake

5-Minute Chocolate Trifle

2 pounds shrimp, peeled

 1 (16ounce) package smoked sausage, sliced 

1 each: bell pepper, onion, and tomato, sliced

SAUCE:

1/2 cup butter 

2 tablespoons Creole seasoning 

1/2 cup olive oil 

2 tablespoons lemon juice 1/4 cup chili sauce 

1 teaspoon each: paprika, oregano, red pepper, black pepper, and hot sauce

1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce 

4 cloves garlic, minced 


Spread shrimp and sausage in baking dish. In saucepan, combine Sauce ingredients, stirring until butter melts; pour over shrimp and sausage. Add bell pepper, onion, and tomato; cover with foil. Chill for 2 hours. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes. Serve with garlic bread. Yield: 8 servings.
