Maple Peanut Butter
Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 (18 1/4-ounce) package vanilla cake mix
1/4 cup butter, softened
2/3 cup extra crunchy peanut butter
1 teaspoon maple flavoring
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Blend cake mix with butter. Add peanut butter, eggs and flavoring, and mix well. Fold in chocolate chips and cinnamon.
Chill dough in refrigerator for 1 hour.
Drop cookies by ¼-cup measures onto parchment-lined cookie sheet, and press to flatten slightly.
Bake at 350° for 12 minutes or until golden. Remove, and let cool.
