Mediterranean Beef Roast

1/2 cup fresh lemon juice 
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice 
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/3 cup red wine vinegar 
1 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped 
2- or 3-pound beef roast
2 tablespoons finely chopped oregano

Make your marinade first by combining all ingredients (except
roast) in blender and blend well.Place your roast in a glass baking
dish and pour marinade over. Cover with cling wrap and refrigerate
overnight if possible. You can grill this roast or smoke it. Use your
remaining marinade to brush over the roast as it cooks.
