Okra with Pimiento Cheese

A great way to “dress up” pimiento cheese.

1 (16-ounce) jar pickled okra

1˝ cups pimiento cheese

1 tablespoon Zatarain’s Creole Mustard

Salt, black pepper, and white pepper to taste

Make a lengthwise slice in okra pods and drain on paper towels for 10–15 minutes. Combine pimiento cheese, mustard, salt, and peppers. Stuff each pod with pimiento cheese mixture.
