Onion Soufflé


24 ounces cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 (12-ounce) package frozen chopped onions, thawed, drained

2 cups grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup chopped artichoke hearts, drained (optional)

Dash of Creole seasoning or cayenne pepper (optional)


Combine cream cheese and mayonnaise in bowl; mix till smooth. Add onions, Parmesan cheese, artichokes, and seasoning; mix well. Spoon into greased 8-inch baking dish. Bake at 400° for 10–15 minutes, or till bubbly. Serve with corn chips. Serves 12–15.
