Parmesan Chicken

1 cup crushed herb-seasoned stuffing mix   
2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese   
1/4 cup chopped, fresh parsley
3/4 cup butter
1 large clove garlic, crushed
1 (3-pound) frying chicken, cut up

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Mix crumbs, cheese, and parsley together in small bowl.  Melt butter in small skillet.  Add garlic while butter is melting, so flavors can blend.  Dip chicken in butter.  Roll in crumbs.  Place in baking dish.  Sprinkle remaining crumbs and butter over chicken.  Bake for 45 minutes, or until chicken is done.  May be refrigerated several hours before baking.  Yields 4 servings.
