Peanut Butter Cookies 
1 egg
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup creamy or chunky peanut butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream egg and sugar. Stir in baking soda. Fold in peanut butter. Roll into 36 balls, and place on cookie sheet. Press down on top of balls with a fork to flatten. Bake 10 minutes.
