From the heart of the peanut country.
1 (3-ounce) package soft cream cheese
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup confectioners’ sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 (8-ounce) carton whipped topping
1 (1-inch deep) graham cracker crust
Crushed peanuts, garnish, optional
Beat cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar and milk. Add whipped topping and pour mixture into pie shell and place in freezer until ready to serve. Crushed peanuts may be sprinkled on top. Serves 6-8.
