Pecan Pie Cookies
Tastes just like a pecan pie in a cookie… just easier to serve.
1 stick butter, softened 1 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar 1 egg 1 cup all-purpose flour 1 cup chopped pecans
Mix all together; spoon onto ungreased baking pans; bake in 375° oven 12–15 minutes or until brown around edges. Cool 2 minutes in pans, then 10 minutes on rack to cool completely. Makes 24 big, or 36 small tea cookies.
