This chilled drink is perfect for kids of any age. It’s smooth, creamy and just downright delicious. This is also wonderful over oatmeal or any other whole-grain cereal.
4 cups unsweetened almond milk
1 cup pure pumpkin, no sugar or salt added
1 tablespoon pumpkin spice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup honey
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover, and cook on LOW for 2 hours. Strain milk through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth. Chill overnight. Serve cold.
