Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal

Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal
Extra special on a crisp Autumn morning.

1/2 cup steel-cut oats
2 cups unsweetened rice milk
1–2 teaspoons pumpkin spice
1/4 cup canned pumpkin, no sugar added (not pumpkin pie mix)
1 tablespoon maple syrup

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.  Cover, and cook on LOW for 4–6 hours.
