Salmon Patties

1 (16-ounce) can salmon   
2 eggs   
1/2 teaspoon salt     
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 tablespoons grated onion
3 tablespoons sour cream
1/2 cup bread crumbs

Drain salmon, remove skin.  Mash with fork.  Add remaining ingredients.  Divide into 8 patties (flouring your hands makes it easier), and fry until golden brown in hot oil.  Serves 68.
