1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon ground red pepper
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon sage
4 catfish fillets
1/4 cup margarine or butter
In a shallow dish, combine all seasonings. Brush both sides of fish with some of the melted margarine or butter. Coat both sides of fish with the seasoning mixture.
Grill fish or use a nonstick frying pan with 2 teaspoons margarine or butter, and quick-fry them. Garnish with lemon slices.
