Tex-Mex Cheesy Green Bean Casserole

Tex-Mex Cheesy Green Bean Casserole

Serves:  6

cup milk
1 (10-ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup refrigerated prepared pico de gallo or salsa
teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 (12-ounce) package frozen green beans, thawed
2 cups shredded Pepper Jack cheese, divided
1 cup crushed yellow or white corn tortilla chips


Preheat oven to 350.
Combine milk, soup, pico de gallo, pepper, beans, and 1 cups cheese in 11x7-inch
shallow casserole dish. 

Bake uncovered 20 minutes or until green bean mixture is bubbling.  Sprinkle with chips and remaining 1/2 cup cheese, and bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
