with Plum and Date Sauce
Who says turkey and gravy is only for the holidays? Enjoy this comfort dish any time fresh plums are in season.
4 plums, sliced
6 medjool dates, chopped
11/2 pounds turkey breast tenders
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/4 cup 100% juice orange juice, no sugar added
Place plums and dates in bottom of slow cooker, and lay turkey breasts over top. Sprinkle with seasoning, and pour orange juice over turkey. Cover, and cook on LOW for 4–6 hours.
Serving Size: 1/2 turkey breast, with sauce divided evenly
