Vegetable Dip

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons milk

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

4 tablespoons ranch salad dressing mix

cup chopped red bell pepper

1 green onion, chopped

With mixer, beat cream cheese and milk at medium speed until creamy. Add cheese and dressing mix. Stir in bell pepper and green onion. Chill. Serve in vegetable containers with assorted fresh, raw vegetables.
