William Donald Mounger, is a West Point graduate
and former chairman of its Board of Visitors. A successful oilman, banker, and entrepreneur, Mounger is nationally known as
a leader of both the modern Mississippi and National Republican parties. He served among Ronald Reagan’s advisors, as
well as being Senator Trent Lott’s long-time fund-raising chairman. As a philanthropist, this life-long Mississippian
has devoted much to his state’s cultural and spiritual growth.
